  • Start

    Product Strategy, Market Research, Customer Interviews and Ideation

    Engaging with Zoom users to pinpoint key integration workflows, coordinating with 3rd party partners of varying sizes to assess their integration needs, and collaborating with the team to deliver a strategic roadmap.

  • Roadmap Creation & Optimization

     Crafted a Launch Roadmap delineating the marketplace into four distinct segments: Developer flow, Admin flow, User flow, and an Approval process, ensuring a seamless and organized rollout of the platform. This involved beta testing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and culminated in a final launch at Zoomtopia 

  • User-Centric Design

     Designed comprehensive user interfaces tailored to Developer, Admin, and User personas, alongside streamlined App approval processes, ensuring a seamless experience across the Zoom Marketplace 

  • Continous PRD Improvement

    Produced weekly updated Product Requirement documents by incorporating feedback from stakeholders, fostering alignment  between the 3rd party Partners, customers and team.

     

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

     

    Streamlined cross-functional team meetings of +25 members (UX/UI, Research, and Developers), including sprint planning, retros, resulting in 50% productivity boost
